Chili

For when you need some spice.

Ingredients: Ground beef (1-2lbs), minced garlic, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can pinto beans, 2 cans chili beans, spices (2Tbsp chili powder, 1Tbsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste, 1/8 of 1/8tsp of Ghost Pepper Powder)

Instructions: Brown ground beef with minced garlic. Drain grease. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, plus one can of water, and spices. Cook on medium heat for twenty minutes. Add beans (do not rinse chili beans) and cook for another twenty minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired. One of my favorite things to do is pour the chili over some Fritos.
